This handsome Bull Terrier came to ARF all the way from California, and he sure knows how to keep things interesting! Billy has a hilarious personality, a goofy way about him, and a knack for making everyone around him smile.
Billy is also deaf, but that certainly doesn’t stop him from having fun! He’s a silly, entertaining guy who marches to the beat of his own drum and is sure to keep his future family laughing. If you’re looking for a dog with a big personality and plenty of character, Billy is your guy!
