Skipper was found abandoned with 4 other dogs in an apartment before being transported to the NY ACC.

He was At-Risk for euthanasia do to the stress in the shelter environment, but we were able to pull him from the shelter and start rehabilitation.

Like his brother, Beluga, Skipper is a very easy dog. He is good with cats and dogs. A very curious pup. He loves to play, can get overstimulated but is easy to calm down and now does great in high traffic environment. He is great with all his commands and easy to recall.
