A Volunteer Wrote: Perfect dog alert! He is playful with cats, dogs, and oh my goodness is he good with people! Philo is so easy going that even his position in a pop up crate by the elevator and every passing dog doesn't seem to rattle him, and he's even sweeter (if such a thing is possible) out on his walks! He strolls like a dream, doesn't even flinch when other dogs bark at him, and is so eager for affection, laying his head on my knee for long periods of time and taking in the world. He knows his basic commands, loves bath time, and car rides, and while he loves being pet, he's also content just to be nearby. In other words, a perfect dog! Please come meet him today.
