Storm has been observed to be highly fearful while in care. Noted to be avoidant of handlers when they attempt to initiate contact with a tense body and tucked tail. Storm is receptive to a slow approach; however, after the handler placed a collar on her, Storm was no longer receptive to the treats offered. Due to the detailed behavior, we recommend an experienced adult-only home.
