What my friends at ACC say about me:

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.

I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!

I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me.

I will need daily physical activity to keep me healthy and happy!

I would do best in a home with only adult humans.

I need a home where there are no other dogs.

My foster writes: Gingerale is a sweet and kind dog. She would be a joy to have in the home. She had a staycation at my house for three days and adapted quickly. Gingerale will express her love for her people by leaning her body toward you, showing her belly, following you around the house, and by just looking at you. While in the house she didn't have any accidents and enjoyed laying down and taking naps. She can be a little anxious outside and put her attention to everything in the environment so walks in low traffic areas would be best. However, she loves and is friendly to all people. Gingerale loves to watch squirrels and is reactive (non aggressively) to dogs. I think she can be adopted into a home with adults and children and potentially another dog. She also could be adopted into adult only single dog home.
