Stevie

Chihuahua · Foster Home

Stevie is a 1-year-old chihuahua mix who weighs around 20 lbs, and she’s a smart, energetic girl who is picking things up quickly. She’s house-trained, comfortable on the leash, and already knows her name, sit, leave it, and go to crate.

Walks are still a work in progress because Stevie finds squirrels very exciting, but she’s learning to stay more focused and walk more calmly. She has a good amount of energy and is very interested in playing and socializing with other dogs.

Stevie also does really well in her crate and is happy to go in when asked. She’ll do best with someone who enjoys an active young dog and wants to keep building on the great training foundation she already has.
