Meet Freddy.

Freddy’s story is one we wish no animal ever had to experience. He was found in an apartment complex in Georgia after his owner passed away, left behind in a crate with no one there to make sure he was safe, comfortable, or even cared for.

By the time Freddy was rescued, his body showed the effects of prolonged neglect. He was missing fur on his abdomen, had painful eye issues that ultimately required both eyes to be removed, and was suffering from severe dental disease.

Yet somehow, through all he endured, Freddy remained a sweet and gentle boy. He is finally receiving the care and compassion he should have known all along, and we’re so grateful that his story gets to have a different ending.

Freddy doesn’t need anyone to feel sorry for him. He needs someone to see the wonderful dog underneath everything he has been through and give him the safe, loving home he deserves.
