Pogo is a playful and active 2 year old Jack Russell Terrier. He loves sniffing everything around him. Pogo has tons of energy and loves to play—it’s hard to get him to stop! But once he’s tired, he’ll happily settle down for a long nap and sleeps through the night without any issues.

Pogo is pee pad trained and making and 90 % house trained, making great progress with going outside when consistent with a schedule. He’s a quiet pup but will make playful sounds when he’s excited or having fun. He gets along wonderfully with ALL dogs and hasn’t been cat-tested yet. With a strong appetite and love for treats, Pogo is highly motivated to learn and knows commands like “sit, come and stay” .

This eager little guy brings so much joy with his silly, funny personality and boundless enthusiasm. Pogo would thrive in an active home where he can play, explore, and have zoomies. He’s ready to bring lots of love and laughter to his forever family!

The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog. We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
