Lightning McQueen arrived at MACC as a stray with no known history. Lightning is noted to have poor impulse control and a low threshold for arousal. During his previous stay in the care center Lightning was observed to jump up on handlers in a social manner. With his previous adopter, Lightning was reported to mount them, resulting in broken skin from scratches. This behavior was only able to be redirected by another dog barking, causing Lightning to become distracted. Due to the detailed behavior, we recommend an experienced adult only home.
