A volunteer writes: If I had to list the top three things I love about Lunchbox, third would be his name. A little strange, yes, but somehow it...fits him? Secondly, I love his love of toys. It's a rare occasion to see him sans toy in mouth and I always make sure he has one to carry if he wants! But most of all, I love how sweet he is. Even while holding his beloved toys, he loves to lean in and get pets. His gentle, endearing face makes me melt and I just want to squish his marshmallowy body forever. Honorable mention goes to his intelligence: someone taught this boy a few tricks and he's eager to show us his sits and give paws!

Lunchbox was rescued by police at the Livonia L train station. He was noted as "VERY FRIENDLY" on his ride to the ACC. He has been loose and wiggly when meeting other dogs, and might do well with another dog who engages in exuberant play. Due to some potential for resource guarding and low threshold for arousal, he is available to a level 4 (experienced adopter).
