Amber just turned 2 and is slowly but surely rediscovering the joys of having a home and her very own people. And trust us, she has so much love to give!

The first thing you'll notice about Amber is her gorgeous, striking markings on her petite little frame. But her looks are just the beginning! She's quiet, polite, and walks beautifully on a leash, minding her own business like a true New Yorker. Every now and then, though, she'll hop up and perch on you mid-walk, insisting you take a little break for some pets. Because what's a walk without a few cuddle stops? Amber loves affection and is always happy to give hugs!

At just 2 years old, she's still got some playful energy to burn, but she's also a pro at settling in. Whether she's out catching some sunshine with you or snoozing on the couch nearby while you work from home, Amber is perfectly content just being by your side. She's housebroken, does well with a routine, and will let you know if someone's at the door, though she's easily redirected.

Amber knows her basic commands, including "sit" and "paw," and she's a quick learner who's eager to please. She can comfortably walk past other dogs and would likely do best meeting a dog of similar size and temperament with a proper introduction.

The truth is, Amber is simply happy to be here. She's a little lady with a personality ten times her size, equally ready for city adventures and lazy afternoons at home. She's unfazed by the hustle and bustle of city life and doesn't need much to be happy, just a little love, a few belly rubs, and people she can call her own.
