Shanghai is a 45 lb, 3 year old girl whose personality is more breathtaking than her smile, Shanghai has the sweetest temperment, the most loving demeanor and and a truely rare unequivocal purity for life,

Shanghai is the epitome of a what it means to havge a good friend in your corner and she is the definition of genuine. Shanghai is a friend to all humans and other dogs while also being able to bond deeply to the people who have a special place in her heart. Shanghai has an unearthly appreciation for the simple things in life, like claiming the middle of the bed so she can be pressed up against her person for a snuggle or snoozing later than normal the first night she sleeps on a new comfy blanket.

Outside of her human like companionship, Shanghai is simply a good dog. Shanghai is fully crate trained and happy to hang in her space anytime throughout the day - even during a long work day! Shanghai loves puzzles and treats but most of all she loves toys! Shanghai will give you a glance at her puppy past life when she is given a new toy to chew while remembering she's a big girl and never destroying her toys. If Shanghai isn't cozied up next to her person or enjoying enrichment, her even keeled nature pops back in and you can find her snoozing the day away.

Shanghai is a simply dog whose able to just hang on a bench or a stoop with her person and watch the world go buy. More than anything, it has been proven that Shanghai blossoms around a furry friend (or a pack of them!)

Shangai is fully housetrained, walks well on a leash and may just remind her walker to take a second to breathe in the world around you. Additionally, on walks, Shanghai loves to train for treats and there is no greater joy than watching her free run in enclosed areas where she can let loose.

Shanghai LOVES other dogs and is an enthusiastic playment. She has spent time with both small dogs and senior dogs and has proven to be amazing with both approrpiate play and taking corrections. Shanghai would love to have a social circle of friends and we think she will even enjoy time spent a doggy daycare if her forever home is aligned with the idea!

Shanghai is extremely smart having mastered sit, come, leave it and okay commands. The okay command is her cue that she is allowed to exit her crate or leave her designated place!
