ABOUT ME: Give me a minute. I like to size you up from a polite distance first, and then? I scoot right over and ask for all the pets. This summer I was a full-time mom to eight puppies, so I've done my share of fussing over others. Now it's my turn to put my paws up. Calm dog friends, a soft blanket, and a person who lets me set the pace: that's my kind of playlist.

MY FOSTER SAYS: I will arrive in Brooklyn soon! Badass will share more as soon as I’m in a foster home.

HISTORY

Robyn was found with her newborn litter of eight puppies at a construction site in Georgia. Our rescue partner took the family in, and once the puppies were weaned and moved on to another rescue, Robyn stayed in our partner's care. She will travel to Brooklyn in mid-October 2026.

DETAILED PROFILE

Robyn does her homework before she commits. New people get a careful once-over from this petite brindle pit mix, and sometimes a brief pause flat on the ground, but it doesn't take much to get her moving again. Then comes the payoff: she crawls right over and soaks up every pet on offer.

She has already put in a summer of full-time mom duty, raising a litter of eight until they were weaned and ready to move on, so she knows a thing or two about patience.

With other dogs, Robyn prefers a mellow crowd. A bouncy dog was more than she wanted to deal with, so she turned her attention to the humans instead. A calmer dog got a couple of sweet nose-to-nose hellos through the kennel fence.

Her house and crate training, leash skills, energy at home, and how she does with kids and cats are all still to be discovered once she settles into a Brooklyn foster home.

The right adopter for Robyn enjoys a quiet evening, keeps her early days low-key, and doesn't mind being chosen slowly. When she scoots over and leans in, you'll know you made the cut.

MEDICAL HISTORY

The dogs in our care are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered (when old enough), microchipped, and given a general health check. Immediate medical needs and medical history will be addressed with the adopter prior to adoption. Complete vet records will be sent shortly after adoption.

Just Rescues does not process applications. The rescue's page is authoritative.
