Westly is 6 pounds of pure chaos—and we mean that in the best possible way! This tiny guy came to ARF from Animal Control in California and has a personality much bigger than his size. Westly seems to approach life with one simple philosophy: why be calm when you can be fun?
He’s endlessly entertaining, full of energy, and guaranteed to keep you laughing. Westly is a tiny little character who marches to the beat of his own drum—and honestly, we wouldn’t have him any other way!
