Dahlia came into the QUACC after being brought in as a stray. In the care centers, Dahlia has displayed fearful and defensive behavior, growling at staff with a tense, forward body, wide eyes, ears back, and a stiff tail. She has shown some ability to warm up, stopping her growling and taking treats gently from staff. As a result, we recommend Dahlia is placed with one of our New Hope Partners.
