Bella: 13 year old Maltese Mix.

Bella is a sweet, completely blind senior girl who navigates life with a brave and tender heart, finding her confidence through the presence of Chanel. Bella may not be able to see the world around her, but she feels every bit of it especially the love she receives from Chanel and her people.

Bella is calm and deeply affectionate. She loves nothing more than curling up on the couch for a long snuggle session, and she'll happily nestle right on top of Chanel while they wait for their person to come home. She enjoys short walks outside, but once she's done her business, she's ready to be scooped up and held close. For Bella, the world feels safer in someone's snuggly arms.

Chanel: 15 year old Poodle.

Chanel is the quiet guardian of her little family. She is mellow and easygoing. She loves being outside at her own comfortable pace and greets her favorite humans with the sweetest howls of excitement when they return. Chanel will wait faithfully by the door until you're home. She is also a gentle, watchful soul who has made it her life's purpose to look after her best friend, Bella. Despite living with arthritis, she moves through each day with grace. She's always keeping one eye on her bonded companion. The moment Bella barks or seems unsure, Chanel goes right to her side, offering the kind of calm reassurance that only the deepest love can give.

Chanel is definitely the perfect loving family dog, she prefers settling into her bed only when the whole family is together. Chanel would thrive in a patient, loving home where she can continue to be Bella's anchor, and where someone will be hers in return.

Bella and Chanel are both good with cats and are trained to do their business both outdoors and indoors with the use of pee pee pads.
