Beluga, like Skipper, was found abandoned with 4 other dogs in an apartment before being transported to the NY ACC.

He was At-Risk due to the stress in the shelter environment, but we were able to pull him from the shelter and start rehabilitation.

Beluga is a very easy dog. He is good with other dogs. Very curious pup. He loves to play and can get overstimulated but is easy to calm down and relax.

He walks well and can warm up to people easily with treats.
