There's oatmeal. There's chocolate. There's raisin, and then theres Cookie - an all inclusive, variety pack of extremely sweet and mushy goodness.

At 49 lbs and 3 years old Cookie is at that point where if she were a human, her partying days would be over but she wouldn't be quite ready for early retirement. If Cookie were a human, she'll be somewhere in her 30's or 40's, at the prime of her life, the height of her career, elated that she knows her self worth and proud that she has put in the internal work to show up as her best self every day while also being heavily emotionally intuned with those close to her.

As a low key, mellow, homebody there is nothing in life that Cookie enjoys more than hanging out on the sofa and spending time with friends. And to be clear, Cookie is extremely well rounded and makes friends VERY easily. Cookie doesn't mind if you are an old friend, new friend, best, friend or a friend just passing by - if you are in side a home with her, you should absolutely be prepared to be smothered in an unlimited supply of kisses and hugs. Not only is Cookie extremely welcoming of new friends, she also has excellent house manners.

Cookie is a tidy girl, understanding that personal bathroom habits only happen outside. She is a confident queen, totally fine if you need to leave the home for a few hours and she needs to spend time alone in her room (her crate) or just sleeping on the sofa. Cookie won't put up a fight and add any additional stress to your life, she'll simply go with the flow and be waiting for you smiling and jumping for joy when you make it back home. Additionally, love bombing may be the way Cookie wins her way into everyone elses heart but Cookie's love language is absolutely physical touch. If Cookie ever notices that your hands don't seem busy enough, she has no qualms about sweetly nudging your hand with her nose to ask for pets and rubs.

And Cookie wouldn't be the well rounded girlie she is if she wasn't also very smart. Cookie is a girl who picks up cues very quickly and has an eerily humanlike understanding of whats expected of her. Additionally, Cookie has mastered so many of her basic commands such as sit, stay, down, come, off and crate. Cookie will also never miss an eco-friendly opportunity to exchange food for a chance to make you proud.

In addition to being sharp as a tact and cute as a button, I'm actually brilliant. I know a plethora of commands such as sit, down, stay, come, off and crate. I am a food motivated, eager to learn AND eager to please! In a uncanny way, I understand what my human needs without them having to teach it to me. I pick up routines and expectations quickly and without deliberate trainin and I would be a wonderful companion for an adopter who may be interested in persuing special tactic training like scent work, a running buddy or agility as a hobby or better yet a bonding experience for us to share!

Nearly every aspect of Cookie is easy and low maintenance, she requires very little to keep her loved and fulfilled. Just like every living being, Cookie too has areas where she continuously growing. Outdoors, Cookie will graciously accept any and all emotional support from her people if she becomes scared of strangers approaching her quickly or other dogs who are close by. In fact, she has all the skills for her fears to be rerouted into a positive experience and does an amazing job existing in the world on so many good days - especially in areas that aren't overpopulated and high traffic - her concert goer days are clearly over.

Cookie is such a humble, loyal and soulful girl who brings so much worth to her friends and family and those who have the opportunity to love her and to know her aren't shy to admit how privileged they feel. Cookie is the best friend during a breakup, she is the support system during a career change, she is the roommate in your first apartment and she is the one you would lean on on days you feel like you can't keep going. Cookie is the strong friend, and every strong friend needs a strong friend too. For Cookie, is that strong friend you?
