Meet Slow Jamz!
Slow Jamz was found as a stray, and this social, enthusiastic guy is ready to find his forever groove! He's a curious fellow who enjoys sniffing around, exploring his surroundings, and happily leaning in for attention. He has plenty of energy and loves getting out and about with his people. Now he's looking for someone who will help him settle in and make beautiful music together!

My Ideal Home
Slow Jamz would love an active home where he can enjoy daily walks, fun adventures, and plenty of opportunities to keep his mind busy. Long lasting chews, food puzzles, and games like hide and seek will give him fun ways to channel his enthusiasm. He'll also benefit from positive reinforcement training to practice polite greetings and learn some new skills alongside his favorite person.

Good with Other Pets?
Slow Jamz's history with other animals is unknown, and he wasn't able to complete his dog assessment. Slow, thoughtful introductions will be important when meeting potential furry friends, giving everyone plenty of time to get comfortable.

Good with Kids?
Slow Jamz would do best in a home without children under 5. He's an enthusiastic guy who can get bouncy when greeting people, so an older household will give him the space and guidance he needs to practice calmer interactions.

Things to Know
Slow Jamz loves getting out to explore and readily approaches people, but he can get excited and jump up during greetings. He also takes treats enthusiastically, so gentle treat taking and rewarding calm behavior will help him learn good manners. He may need a little encouragement when it's time to head back to his kennel, so patience and positive reinforcement go a long way. With a little practice and lots of love, this handsome guy is ready to find his forever home and get into a happy new rhythm!
