Cedar must have gotten an A+ in doggie etiquette school because her manners are almost too good to be true! She's fully housebroken, calm around strangers and other dogs, doesn't bark, respects personal boundaries, and doesn't chew or jump on furniture. She loves to be with her person but is also perfectly content when left alone and will snooze away the hours until your return. Her calm, consistent disposition makes her the perfect match for a first-time pet parent!

When not lounging around at home, leisurely strolls around the neighborhood are Cedar's cup of tea. She savors every opportunity to take in the captivating scents along the way. Her curiosity and appreciation for the world around her are a constant reminder to find joy in life's simple pleasures. Have a car? Cedar is also your perfect roadtrip companion! Her endearing qualities, waddling gait, and perfectly-split-Oreo-cookie face will put a smile on the faces of anyone she meets, wherever she meets them!

Found as a stray, Cedar spent a year at ACC before being placed in foster. Living with different people has made Cedar extremely adaptable. She thrives in almost any environment, whether in a small studio apartment or a large house with a yard. Being around so many different types of people has also made her a bit shy around strangers. But once she's had the chance to give you a sniff and snag a treat from your hand, you'll be added to her ever-growing list of best friends!
