Kangaroo Jack came into the QUACC after being brought in as a stray. In the care centers, Kangaroo Jack has been fearful, growling at staff and at times refusing to walk outside with handlers. As a result, we recommend Kangaroo Jack is placed with one of our New Hope Partners.
