Hi! I just arrived! My foster pawrents are taking real good care of me. While I didn’t have the best start to life, that isn’t stopping me from finding the fun and joy in everyday! I’m very quiet but also learning that I have a voice. Personality & Characteristics: Sweet, most beautiful eyes and face, quiet, and occasional energy rocket. I’m good with dogs and kids (and probably good with cats). I’m crate trained and have almost perfected potty training, and I don’t shed! I like to play and run and be outside but then can I fall asleep next to you? I don’t bark unless it’s playful and I play well with others - my foster parents have an older dog and he will play with me a little but I’m definitely the more outgoing one. I’m still learning to walk next to my pawrents but really like going on walks, meeting new people & animals, running around in the grass, and playing fetch if you’re up for it! Commands/Tricks: sit, stay, come, drop. I know I’d be a great addition to your home, please consider taking me in ☺️
ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog. We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States and Korea.
Just Rescues does not process applications. The rescue's page is authoritative.
