Meet Chai!

Chai is a happy, playful pittie whose whole body starts wagging the moment she sees her favorite people. She loves attention and will happily lean in for pets, cuddles, scratches, or even try to climb into your lap if you'll let her. Smart, treat-motivated, and eager to learn, Chai enjoys training just as much as she enjoys spending time with her humans. She's looking for someone who will be patient, understand that she can feel anxious around other dogs, and help her build confidence because she's absolutely worth it.

My Ideal Home

Chai would thrive with an experienced adopter who can provide structure, consistency, and plenty of positive reinforcement. She has lots of energy and will enjoy daily exercise, enrichment, and opportunities to continue learning new skills. A fenced yard would be a bonus, but most of all she's looking for someone committed to helping her succeed.

Good with Other Pets?

Chai has shown interest in other dogs but can be anxious and reactive while on leash. Slow, thoughtful introductions will be important if she'll be living with another dog. Her history with other pets is unknown.

Good with Kids?

Chai would do best with older, dog-savvy children (around 12 and up) who can comfortably handle her enthusiastic personality and help reinforce her training.

Things to Know

Chai is healthy, spayed, and ready for her next adventure. She's still working on her leash manners and impulse control, but she's incredibly smart, food-motivated, and loves to learn. With patience, guidance, and lots of love, Chai has all the makings of an amazing lifelong companion.
