Canto’s story began with hardship. He and his siblings were abandoned in Alabama, but you would never guess it from the love he gives so freely. This sweet boy is all heart. He is gentle, affectionate, and always ready to brighten your day with his warm and trusting nature.

Canto is still learning the ropes of being a proper gentleman, which simply means he is full of potential. With a little guidance, patience, and consistency, he is going to blossom into an incredible companion. He is eager to please and already shows signs of the loyal and loving best friend he is meant to be.

What Canto needs most is someone willing to show him the way. Someone who sees not just who he is today, but who he is ready to become. In return, he will give you unconditional love, happy tail wags, and a bond that only a rescued dog can offer.
