Some dogs make an entrance. June quietly walks into your life, curls up beside you, lets out the sweetest little grunt when you pet her, and before you know it, you cannot imagine home without her. June is the definition of gentle.

She has the calmest soul and is happiest simply being close to her people. Whether she is lounging on the couch, napping on the kitchen floor, or following you from room to room, she just wants to be by your side. She loves slow walks, cozy naps, and treats.

June is incredibly food-motivated, house-trained, easy on the leash, and curious about the world around her. She enjoys taking her time to explore and is wonderfully polite around other dogs, cats, and every person she has met. Even barking dogs do not seem to bother her.

June was found alone in a parking lot in Tifton, Georgia, after raising a litter of puppies. Her worn teeth and callused elbows tell the story of a difficult past, but her heart tells another.

Despite everything, she has remained trusting, loving, and incredibly kind. She would thrive in a home where she can spend plenty of time with her family, as she loves being close to her people. In return, she will fill your home with quiet companionship, unconditional love, and a calming presence.
