Nancy is a 2-year-old Boroughbred who weighs around 24 lbs and came to us from NYC’s municipal shelter. Her main agenda in life is very simple: find a person, get as close to that person as possible, and convince them to keep petting her.

She’s ridiculously sweet, incredibly gentle, and so laid back that very little seems to rattle her. Outside, she’s always on the lookout for new friends and will happily pause to say hello if there’s even a chance of scoring a few pats. At home, she’s all about snuggling and being near her people.

Nancy is crate-trained, easygoing, affectionate, and basically built for someone who wants a dog who thinks human attention is the best thing ever invented.
